I am really blessed to be invited at this time of the season to hongkong as sep-nov is the only season where white truffle can be found, hence justifying white truffle as one of the priciest food in the world. This dish has white truffle and Parmesan cheese
spread over the raw beef tenderloin. The chef has used the white truffle well, creating a subtle and overwhelming taste. Irony ? With that, I mean that for the first or second slices that you try, u might not taste much. But for the next few pieces, you will pick out that earthy, mushroomy fragance that will keep lingering in your mouth for that dish:)
