Hong dae Korean Bbq





Welcome to hong dae! Here I learnt the critical differences between the so many Korean Bbq restaurants that we have seen emerging into the market these days. The taste of the Bbq actually very much depends if charcoal is used in the burning process. In general, charcoal produces better tasting grilled foods most the time. Well, next time remember ! Check if charcoal is used under the grilled pan !






The standard Korean steamed egg, fried pancake, bim bim bak ware also on the menu. They are 



the bbq pork is my favourite... texture seems tender in the inside and crisp on the outside. this is certainly a must try!







Pancakes are fluffy and crunchy, unlike many places where they are usually soft and starchy..... love this one here.

Overall, i would strongly recommend Hong dae Bbq. Apart from the attractive pricing, the quality of food certainly ranks among the top few.
